Moderated by Dr. Christopher Chapple, LMU Director of Yoga Studies

His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama of Tibet, the Spiritual and Temporal Leader of the Tibetan People, devolved his political authority to elected leadership in 2011.  Dr. Lobsang Sangay was democratically elected by the Tibetan People in Exile in 2011, and is currently serving his second term as the President of the Central Tibetan Administration. Join him and Dr. Chapple, on this special evening, as they discuss some of the key issues and challenges for Tibet and Tibetans.

Dr. Sangay, a Harvard Law School graduate, experienced on International Human Rights Laws, Democratic Constitutionalism and Conflict Resolution will also engage  in a public Q&A session.
